How long does shipping take?

Mad Shells is based out of San Diego and is run by one person. Processing and packing usually takes 3-4 days. Orders to the east coast of the United States take 5-7 days to ship while west coast shipping typically takes 2-3 days. Please send a message if you are hoping to receive your piece ASAP, as rush orders can be made:)

How often does mad shells offer events?

Mad Shells is excited to announce event #2- Shell Necklace Making @ Surf Lounge, Pacific Beach. Treat yourself this Valentine’s Day, February 16th, with a red shell necklace on a gold filled chain. I hope to host event #3 soon as well as some private events!

Where are the shells from?

I, Madison, find 95% of the shells I use to create my pieces. I typically note when the shells are gifted or sourced v.s genuine beach finds. I do not find my sunrises, those are sourced from Hawaiian divers.

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, clean your pieces gently with a soft cloth and gentle hand soap. Mad Shells pieces are extremely durable and will last through everyday activity, but it is a sea shell. Please wear with care :)
